A different approach to group training.

At Alpha, we run things differently than most group fitness classes. We believe that training should be tailored to the individual’s goals and abilities. Most of our members are simply trying to live an active, healthy lifestyle while others are representing the United States in international competition. Our athletes have different needs and their programming reflects this.

Our programs are built with the athlete’s individual needs in mind. Programming is customized to take scheduling, goals, strengths and weaknesses, recovery ability, and physical limitations into consideration. We know that you take your training seriously and believe you should get the most out of your efforts with time-tested, well-proven programs that are customized to your needs.

Our coaches are experts in assessing and correcting movement. We are here to watch every set and rep you complete and modify programming as needed to make sure that you continue to progress toward your goals.
